About the Author
Betty Ranck
Betty Ranck is a former Children's Librarian and a nature photographer. She lives in Southeast Ohio with her husband, three gregarious cats, and an energetic Great Pyrenees puppy. Her daughter and family bring joy during their visits as the grandchildren excitedly explore the paths.
Jack has always been a very agreeable cat, and she has been capturing his images for years. He appears to relish the attention.
Betty is devoted to early literacy and believes in the significance of sharing books with children. She advocates for taking a moment to sit quietly with a book, read the story, and discuss the illustrations. You'll be glad you took the time to do so.
